Although I knew many advantages to using clickes in the classroom, I found an unexpected one. The number of students that answered questions correctly and incorrectly can be shared with the class with anyone other than the teacher knowing who had the incorrect answer. This may work as a wakeup call for some students. They can see that other students really are getting the concepts even though they may appear not to be paying attention. It just reminds them that they must pay attention to keep up.
